This large hotel near Heathrow needed replacement filtration components for its supply AHU, manufactured to the exact specification of the existing unit.
The Challenge
With a busy hotel relying on consistent air quality throughout its operation, sourcing an off-the-shelf filter bulkhead to fit the existing unit simply wasn't an option — the unit's dimensions meant a generic part wouldn't fit correctly, and a poor fit risks reduced filtration performance and air leakage. The hotel needed a bespoke solution manufactured to the exact specification, without a lengthy wait for a custom order from a third party.
Design & Manufacture
Our team manufactured a new filter bulkhead to fit the unit precisely, along with a full set of replacement filters, built entirely in-house to the exact dimensions required.
Installation
The new bulkhead and filters were installed on-site, restoring full filtration performance to the supply AHU with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
The Result
The hotel's supply AHU is back to full filtration performance, with a bespoke bulkhead built to fit exactly — avoiding the delays of sourcing a generic replacement part and ensuring the system continues to deliver clean, well-filtered air throughout the building.
